On the Road to 100% Circular!

KeyPro was founded in 2011 with the goal of making living comfort effortless for people. We provide temporary furniture for expats, project developers, housing corporations, investors, and businesses, as well as private individuals. For the past 11 years, KeyPro has successfully delivered this service and now aims to respond to societal developments regarding the transition to a more sustainable and circular economy. Ultimately, KeyPro strives to make its services 100% circular.

A new way of working circularly requires a different mindset and approach, which means the internal organization will need to be renewed. KeyPro wants to achieve this together with its employees, giving them the opportunity to innovate alongside the company. KeyPro’s vision is to involve employees as much as possible in this transformation process so they can fully embrace and implement the changes. The goal is to set up the internal organization for fully sustainable and circular operations.

This project consists of four phases:

1. Inventory Phase

In this phase, we assess KeyPro’s current situation. Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats are mapped out.

2. Desired Phase

In this phase, an expert collaborates with management and the board to define the desired situation.

3. Design Phase

During this phase, the external expert and KeyPro create a roadmap to outline the necessary steps to transition from the current to the desired situation.

4. Implementation Phase

In this final phase, the steps outlined in the roadmap are implemented. The external expert acts as a guide and coach throughout this process.

We aim to respond to societal developments in sustainability and the circular economy by making our services 100% circular and future-proof. To align our internal organization with this transition, significant changes need to be made to prepare both people and resources.

Thanks to SNN and the new European subsidy program (EFRO), we have been able to renew our internal organization, develop new strategic collaborations, and implement them successfully.
